We aim to improve the mental health and quality of life of children, adolescents, and young adults through carefully considered, individualised treatment.
How can we help?

The purpose of this clinic is to improve the mental health and quality of life of children, adolescents, and young adults. All our (clinical) psychologists and Mental Health OT’s are trained and experienced in providing evidence-based therapies in a safe, relaxed and (if developmentally appropriate) fun environment. Therapy will be tailored to meet the individual needs.

Conditions / concerns we help with 

Mood: depression, low mood, emotional dysregulation, grief and loss, adjustment issues

Anxiety: generalised anxiety, panic, health anxiety, separation anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias (including needle phobias), OCD & body-focused repetitive behaviours (e.g., nail biting, skin picking, hair pulling) – without significant developmental comorbidities, excessive worrying

School-related concerns: school avoidance, healthy friendships and bullying, perfectionism and procrastination, giftedness, social skills

Child-parent concerns: behavioural difficulties, attachment related difficulties, emotional regulation difficulties

Other: Sexuality and gender diversity, appearance concerns, self-esteem, sleep

Neurodivergence: Autism, ADHD

NDIS Services 

If your child has NDIS funding you can apply for our evidence based intensive programs below via our NDIS enquiry link.

All NDIS intensives will be preceded by an intake appointment with one or more of our team.

A 12 week individual program for children and adolescents with a diagnosed anxiety disorder. 

6 x weekly, followed by 6 x fortnightly 

Led by Psychology or Mental Health Occupational Therapists

A 12 week individual program for children and adolescents with  low mood

6 x weekly, followed by 6 x fortnightly 

Led by a Clinical Psychologist (Registrar)

An 8 week individual program led by our Mental Health Occupational Therapists for children over 8 years old with a diagnosis of ADHD.

This program uses the Zones of Regulation curriculum.

A 6 week individual program led by our Psychologists or Mental Health Occupational Therapists for children over 10 years old with or without a diagnosed condition looking for sleep support.
