Yoga for Teens

Led by our yoga teacher and mental health OT, Tiffany Edwards, these classes aim to increase strength, flexibility and balance. The mindful movement assists to develop coordination, body awareness and body confidence.

These classes are suitable for teens with chronic pain, chronic fatigue JIA and HSD/ hEDS as long as they have had a prior assessment with one of our physios or OTs

Monday 5-6pm at Mount Hawthorn

**Prior to joining the class your child must complete and assessment with one of our physiotherapists or occupational therapists
