Functional Movement for Teens
Led by our experienced physiotherapists, these classes include exercises based in pilates and functional training, as well as a fitness focus and partner exercises. Not only do our movement classes improve postural control, body awareness, strength and balance, we also find teens develop focus and social connections.
These classes are suitable for teens with chronic pain, chronic fatigue JIA and HSD/ hEDS as long as they have had a prior assessment with one of our physios
