BeFit for Teens

Our physiotherapists lead our BeFit classes which is a strength & conditioning program designed to help teens develop a life long love of exercise.

These classes are a combination of strength and conditioning, pilates and functional movement training. In a group setting,  teens will participate in fun, engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and aid in injury prevention.

These classes facilitate:

  • Building strength and endurance
  • Developing coordination and control
  • Improve concentration
  • Assist in weight management
  • Reduce injury risk

Shenton Park – Trench Gym, Thursdays 4pm-5pm (in term only)

**Prior to joining the class your child must complete and assessment with one of our physiotherapist to develop fitness goals and ensure program is tailored to their needs and specific sport.
