WKH NDIS Services
  • In 2024 Western Kids Health aims to continue to provide accessible and comprehensive care in a friendly, dynamic and professional multi-disciplinary setting.
  • We aim to promote self-efficacy and well-being through health education and management in partnership with families.
We are not NDIS registered
  • As a reminder, Western Kids Health is not NDIA registered. Our services are only accessible to NDIS plan and self-managed clients.
  • We do not offer functional capacity assessments.
  • We have limited capacity for equipment prescription and recommend assistive technology applications be undertaken by your ongoing support services provider.
What We Offer
  • We offer goal focused programs.

  • Programs are designed through a combination of evidence based practice, family needs/capacity and therapy assessment.

  • Children can definitely attend more than one program. This approach is successful as children see they are making changes and feel empowered, it prevents therapy reliance and burnout and allows consolidation of new skills in home and the community.

  • Places are limited and we do have waitlists for programs.
  • A program report will be provided to your ongoing support provider at the completion of a program.
How To Access Our NDIS Services

Next Steps

Our senior clinical team will review your application and requested programs. Our NDIS team will be touch to discuss your application and arrange an intake appointment. Program availability is subject to therapist capacity. An intake appointment is required before program attendance to ensure suitability of program and meeting the requirements of NDIS plan goals.

Our Programs have a waitlist, due to therapist scope of practice and capacity. Home and school visiting availability are dependent on therapist capacity and cannot be guaranteed.

what parents are saying

Discover the difference we make in children’s lives through the
words of our parents: real stories of progress, care, and breakthroughs.

Absolutely the best place I have ever taken my daughter who has a chronic condition. She felt listened to and the care matched her needs.

Cheryl Kershaw

After our child was diagnosed with a complex pain condition he was unable to walk and was crying in agony 24 hrs a day. We learned more from the first meeting with the Physio and OT than from any other specialist. We are eternally grateful for the help from Nicole and Emily.
